Casaory exists to flip that timeline. It is a private iPhone app that helps you photograph belongings, record value and warranty details, and search your archive anytime—before life asks for proof.
Why we built Casaory
Insurance companies, landlords, and resale platforms all want the same thing: clear documentation. Photos. Serial numbers. Purchase dates. Estimated value. Warranty status. Scattered across email, drawers, and camera rolls, that information is hard to find when you need it fast.
Casaory keeps each item in one place on your iPhone:
- A photo and the details that matter (brand, model, serial number, location, tags)
- Purchase price and current estimated value
- Warranty expiration with optional local reminders
- Receipts and warranty files (Casaory Pro)
Your inventory stays on your device. Casaory does not require an account, and AI photo suggestions run on-device with Apple Vision—your photos are not uploaded to a cloud AI service.

How to get started with Casaory
- Download Casaory from the App Store (iOS 17+).
- Photograph something important—a laptop, TV, bike, or piece of jewelry.
- Review Casaory’s AI suggestions, add value and location, and save.
- Repeat for high-value items first. Casaory free includes 50 items and 5 AI recognitions.
- Turn on warranty reminders for electronics and appliances.
When you need more—unlimited items, PDF Home Inventory Reports, CSV/JSON export, Face ID lock—Casaory Pro is available as an annual subscription or lifetime purchase through Apple.
What Casaory is not
Honesty matters. Casaory helps you organize documentation. It does not:
- Guarantee insurance coverage or claim approval
- Replace professional appraisals
- Sync your inventory to our cloud (there is no Casaory account server)
- Send marketing push notifications
Generated PDF reports summarize what you recorded. Always keep original receipts and review details before submitting anything to an insurer.
