Casaory Privacy Policy

Casaory App: Your Data Stays on Your Device

Casaory stores your belongings—including photos, values, purchase details, locations, tags, notes, and attachments—locally on your iPhone using on-device storage. We do not operate a Casaory cloud account or sync your inventory to our servers.

Casaory does not upload your photos to a cloud AI service. Photo recognition in Casaory uses Apple Vision on your device. Results are suggestions you can edit before saving.

Information Casaory Does Not Collect by Default

• We do not require a Casaory account, username, or email to use the app.
• Casaory does not sell your personal information.
• Casaory does not use third-party analytics or crash reporting in the app (telemetry is disabled).
• Casaory does not send marketing push notifications.

When Casaory Uses the Internet

Casaory works offline for core inventory features. Network access is requested only when you choose to purchase or restore Casaory Pro through the App Store. That process uses Apple In-App Purchase and RevenueCat to validate your subscription or lifetime purchase. RevenueCat may receive an anonymous identifier linked to your Apple ID purchase record—not your inventory contents.

If you tap Send Feedback in Casaory, your email app opens with a pre-filled message. You choose whether to send it. The message may include app version, device model, iOS version, and Pro status to help us respond—only if you send the email.

Device Permissions Casaory May Request

• Camera — to photograph items for your Casaory inventory.
• Photo Library — to choose existing photos for items or attachments.
• Face ID / device passcode — optional Casaory Pro app lock; biometric data is processed by iOS, not stored by Casaory.
• Notifications — optional local reminders for warranty expiration dates you enter in Casaory.

Casaory Website Analytics

When you visit casaory.codemxm.com, we may use privacy-friendly analytics (such as Plausible) to understand aggregate traffic—pages viewed, referring sites, and general location at the country level. This website analytics does not access your Casaory app inventory.

We do not use advertising cookies on the Casaory website.

Data Retention and Deletion

Your Casaory inventory remains on your device until you delete items or uninstall the app. Deleting Casaory from your iPhone removes locally stored inventory data unless you have exported a backup.

Casaory Pro purchase records are managed by Apple and RevenueCat according to their policies.

Children's Privacy

Casaory is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact hi@codemxm.com.

Your Rights

Under UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, or object to processing of personal information we hold about you—primarily limited to support emails you send us. Because Casaory inventory data stays on your device, you control it directly in the app.

Changes to This Casaory Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date. Continued use of Casaory after changes means you accept the updated policy.
