Casaory Terms of Service

Casaory Service Description

Casaory is a home inventory application that helps you document belongings, track values and warranties, search your archive, and— with Casaory Pro—export reports and backups. Casaory is provided for personal, non-commercial household use unless we agree otherwise in writing.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of Casaory with reasonable notice where practicable.

Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You must be at least 13 years old—or the minimum age required in your country—to use Casaory. If you are under 18, you should use Casaory with a parent or guardian's permission.

• Use Casaory only for lawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from Casaory except where law permits.
• Do not use Casaory to store illegal content or infringe others' rights.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt Casaory or related systems.

Casaory Free and Casaory Pro

Casaory free includes limited items and AI recognitions as described in the app. Casaory Pro unlocks additional features through In-App Purchase on the App Store.

Casaory Pro is available as an annual subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are displayed in the App Store before you confirm payment and may vary by region and currency.

• Annual subscription: renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Lifetime purchase: one-time payment with no renewal.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Manage or cancel subscriptions in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Restore Purchases is available in Casaory if you reinstall or switch devices.

No Casaory Account

Casaory does not require you to create an account with us. Your inventory is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining your device, keeping backups (especially if you use Casaory Pro export features), and safeguarding access to your iPhone.

Intellectual Property

Casaory, including its design, software, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by CodeMXM or its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Casaory on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.

You retain ownership of the content you add to Casaory (photos, notes, etc.). You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to store that content.

Casaory Reports and Disclaimers

Casaory PDF Home Inventory Reports and exports summarize the records you enter. They are intended to help organize documentation for insurance, moving, resale, or personal reference.

Casaory does not provide insurance, legal, tax, or appraisal advice. Generated reports do not guarantee insurance coverage, claim approval, reimbursement amounts, or resale value. You must review all details and keep original receipts and supporting documents.

Estimated values in Casaory are based on information you provide and are not professional appraisals.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Casaory is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Casaory will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. You use Casaory at your own risk and should maintain your own backups.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CodeMXM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of Casaory—even if we have been advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim related to Casaory shall not exceed the amount you paid us for Casaory Pro in the twelve months before the claim, or US$50 if you use Casaory free.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Termination

You may stop using Casaory at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or terminate access to online features (such as purchase verification) if you violate these Terms. Provisions that by nature should survive—disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law—will survive termination.

Changes to Casaory Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated in the app or on our website. Continued use of Casaory after changes constitutes acceptance.
